{"id":413,"date":"2025-02-12T13:01:08","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T13:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.doflase.sk\/zasady-ochrany-osobnych-udajov\/"},"modified":"2025-02-17T12:58:28","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T11:58:28","slug":"zasady-ochrany-osobnych-udajov","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.doflase.sk\/en\/zasady-ochrany-osobnych-udajov\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 13 and the relevant recitals of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the \"Regulation\") and Act No. 18\/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the \"Act on the protection of personal data\")<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operator<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Company ACW MARKO, s.r.o. , ID No.: 52459691 , Sv\u00e4toplukova 13, 040 01 Ko\u0161ice is the controller of all personal data, which it will process in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic and the legislation of the European Union, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scope of personal data processed and purposes of processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the purpose of providing services to clients and other data subjects to the extent required, the controller processes the following personal data: name, e-mail address and place of delivery of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Processing of personal data<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current legislation allows the processing of personal data on the basis of law (i.e. without the data subject's consent), legitimate interest or on the basis of the data subject's consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disclosure of data to third parties<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to provide the full range of services, personal data obtained by the Controller may also be processed by third parties. When selecting these partners, we always ensure that a high standard of protection of your personal data is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data of the data subject may be processed in countries of the European Union and countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
